~WELCOME BAG STUFFING~Chamber Members Only
Wednesday, Sept 15, 2010 from 9 am to 11:30 am. These bags will be passed out at the Town of Frederick's Miners Day Celebration on September 18, 2010.
We will be stuffing 300 bags.
We encourage you to be creative when planning your stuffing items.Pens, magnets, key-chains, Frisbees, flyswatters, samples of products, ect., are all great stuffers along with your company information.
For ease of transporting bags to the event,please no large, bulky or heavy items.
All items (300 of each item you want inserted) need to be dropped off at the Carbon Valley Recreation Center located at 701 5th St. in Frederick, the day prior or morning of the stuffing.
We are also looking for volunteers to help with the welcome bags. When we have a large number of volunteers we are usually finished in a few hours!
